Meet Wendy
Hello, a little bit about me
I’m a workaholic but also love to explore the world and have visited about 45 countries! You can find me in my element photographing and nursing newborns. My first profession is as a neonatal intensive care nurse, with 14 years of experience caring for the teeniest and sickest babies in Victoria.
I have been lucky in I love and I am married to a kind-hearted man, that is always looking to help others less fortunate than ourselves. I have a 2 beautiful labradoodles named Hershey & Baci, they never stop making us smile! I am a coffee lover (making it and going out for it), trying out new recipes and online shopping.
A Session with Me
In every session, I love to create something special, flawless and personalised. Feel free to tell me all your personal preferences or none at all! Whether you have something specific in mind or are completely unsure, I’m here to assist and create memories you will cherish for years to come!
When you book with me, you will have the opportunity to discuss and document exactly what you would like included in your session. You can also send me photos of any ideas you have (preferably from my portfolio/social media as I am unable to copy other photographers creations).
Prior to your session you will have a styling consultation with me to help choose your outfit/s and answer any questions you may have. I will also send you a pre-session guide, that will help you prepare for your session and give you an idea of what to expect.
At your session, I will guide you but also give you options and allow you to direct me in your preferences for the session. Rest assured, I will capture your best angles and pose you in ways that will show off your natural beauty! If there is anything you don’t like, I strongly encourage you to speak up. If you’re here for a newborn session, you can sit back and relax, while I settle and pose your baby through a variety of set ups. For something more laid-back, choose the on location option for your session and you can also nominate a place that is meaningful to you and your partner/family.
